With over 20 years of experience in human capital management, he has a proven track record of delivering strategic payroll and HR solutions across EMEA, APAC, Americas, and LATAM.
Before founding ProHRPay, Afrooz held senior strategic roles at renowned organizations such as ADP, Spencer Thomas, Northgate Arinso (Alight), Ceridian Dayforce, Sumtotal, and PayPal, where he led complex global HR & Payroll transformations and HRIS integrations. His expertise spans areas including SAP HCM, Workday HCM, Earned Wage Access, AI in payroll, mergers and acquisitions, and process optimization.
Afrooz is a recognized thought leader in the HR and payroll industry, frequently speaking at international forums and contributing to discussions on the future of work and payroll innovation.
