Afrooz Mohammed is the Founder and Director of ProHRPay Consulting Services LLC, a leading global consulting firm specializing in payroll transformation, HR technology integration, workforce management solutions, and HRIS advisory services. With over 22 years of international experience in Human Capital Management and Global Payroll Implementations, Afrooz has successfully led large-scale transformation programs across EMEA, APAC, the Americas, and LATAM regions.
Before establishing ProHRPay, Afrooz held senior strategic and consulting leadership positions with globally recognized organizations including ADP, Spencer Thomas Group, Alight Solutions, Strada, Dayforce, PayPal, Microsoft, FedEx, Vialto Partners (Ex Pwc), Labcorp, Expro, and Air Canada.
Throughout his career, he has led complex global payroll transformations, HRIS
implementations, operating model redesigns, compliance initiatives, EWA and
enterprise-wide integrations across multi-country environments.
His expertise spans Global Payroll Strategy, SAP HCM, Workday HCM, AI-driven payroll transformation, Earned Wage Access (EWA), workforce management, mergers and acquisitions, payroll governance, automation, compliance management, and process optimization. Afrooz is particularly recognized for helping organizations modernize payroll operations while improving employee experience, operational efficiency, and global compliance standards.
As an industry thought leader, Afrooz regularly contributes to international HR and payroll forums, leadership panels, and transformation discussions focused on the future of payroll, digital HR transformation, and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in HCM.
